Visit to English Bay Inukshuk, Vancouver, BC

English Bay Inukshuk-1

β€œAn inuksuk is a stone landmark or cairn built by humans, used by the Inuit, Inupiat, Kalaallit, Yupik, and other peoples of the Arctic region of North America.”-by Wikipedia

The English Bay Inukshuk is a popular attraction and it stands at the edge of beautiful English Bay beach in Vancouver. This amazing inukshuk was also used as the logo of the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics as a symbol of hospitality and friendship.

Last week, I got a chance to visit Vancouver. I went to English Bay beach early morning around 5 am and took these photographs. I hope you will like them :)
